Note: The inclusion of a book or other resource on this page does not necessarily mean I agree with the author. My view is that reading from a range of perspectives is necessary to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the world. For that reason, I subscribe to, and read from, a wide range of news and information feeds.   • Media Lens – A British media analysis website established in 2001 by David Cromwell and David Edwards  to scrutinise and question the mainstream media’s coverage of significant events and issues

  • The Rutherford Institute – Founded in 1982 by constitutional attorney and author John W. Whitehead, The Rutherford Institute is one of the USA’s leading advocates of civil liberties and human rights
  • The Saker – Weblog focussed on political comment and analysis critiquing US foreign policy
  • The Unz Review – A collection of interesting, important, and controversial perspectives largely excluded from the American mainstream media
  • We Are Change – a nonpartisan, independent media organization comprised of individuals and groups working to expose corruption worldwide, founded by Luke Rudkowski
